So, we’ll assume they’re using OpenVPN (TCP/UDP), which is backed by their claims about “military-grade encryption.” However, we can’t be sure since we didn’t receive any official confirmation from the team. We contacted their customer support, and the reply was less than helpful. Namely, the VPN protocol options only say TCP, UDP, and HTTPS. ITop VPN’s client is rather confusing when it comes to its security setup.
